Alzab Algharbiyah provides comprehensive MEP, civil works, infrastructure, and ELV solutions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As an authorized distributor, we supply and install products from world-renowned brands including:

• OBO Bettermann — Cable management, lightning protection, surge protection, underfloor systems, fire protection, and device systems.
• Extell — Power & IT infrastructure including batteries, copper/fiber cables, PDU, racks, and UPS systems.
• VMR — Specialist electrical products including retractable power towers, floorboxes, and EV charging wall boxes.
• Barqan — Civil & electrical systems including metal conduit, boxes, floor boxes, cable management, raised access floor, and precast solutions.
• HansaGreen — Lighting solutions for indoor, industrial, road/street, facade/sports, urban, tunnel, solar, landscape, and architectural applications.

All products and services are subject to availability, applicable Saudi regulations, and Alzab Algharbiyah's quality standards. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or introduce new products and services at any time without prior notice.

4. User Obligations

By using the Alzab Algharbiyah website, you agree to:

6. Alzab Algharbiyah Logo & Visual Identity Usage

The Alzab Algharbiyah visual identity is a cornerstone of our brand. Our logos represent over 35 years of trust, quality, and excellence in Saudi Arabia's engineering and infrastructure sector. The following guidelines govern the use of Alzab Algharbiyah brand assets:

All four Alzab Algharbiyah logo variants are proprietary brand assets. Unauthorized use, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Logo Usage Guidelines

• The Alzab Algharbiyah logo must not be altered, distorted, recolored, or modified in any way without written authorization.
• Logos must be displayed with adequate clear space and must not be crowded by other elements.
• The dark green and gold color palette (#062e12 and #c5a059) is integral to the Alzab Algharbiyah brand identity and must be preserved.
• Any use of Alzab Algharbiyah logos in marketing, promotional, or commercial materials requires prior written consent.

6.2 Brand Colors & Typography

• Primary Green: #062e12 — Represents growth, stability, and Alzab Algharbiyah's commitment to sustainable infrastructure.
• Primary Gold: #c5a059 — Symbolizes excellence, quality, and the premium standards of Alzab Algharbiyah.
• Typography: Cormorant Garamond (headings) and Plus Jakarta Sans (body) are the official brand typefaces.

7. Pricing, Payment & Quotations

All prices displayed on the Alzab Algharbiyah website or provided in quotations are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary based on project specifications, quantities, and market conditions.

• Quotations issued by Alzab Algharbiyah are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
• Payment terms will be mutually agreed upon and documented in individual contracts or purchase orders.
• Alzab Algharbiyah reserves the right to revise pricing based on changes in material costs, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements.
• All applicable taxes, including VAT as per Saudi Arabian regulations, will be added to invoices.

8. Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation terms for Alzab Algharbiyah products and services will be specified in individual contracts. General provisions include:

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond Alzab Algharbiyah's control, including but not limited to logistics delays, customs clearance, and force majeure events.
• Alzab Algharbiyah's specialized fleet and in-house installation teams ensure professional handling and installation of all products.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified location unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Installation services comply with Saudi Civil Defense regulations and all applicable Saudi Standards (SASO).

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

Alzab Algharbiyah warrants that all products supplied will conform to the manufacturer's specifications and be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer:

• OBO Bettermann products carry manufacturer warranties as per OBO's official warranty terms.
• Extell power and IT infrastructure products are covered under Extell's standard warranty policies.
• VMR electrical products include manufacturer warranties specific to each product category.
• Barqan civil and electrical systems are warranted against manufacturing defects.
• HansaGreen lighting solutions carry manufacturer warranties covering LED performance and workmanship.

Alzab Algharbiyah's warranty obligations are limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our sole discretion. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from product use or inability to use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi Arabian law, Alzab Algharbiyah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:

• Use or inability to use the Alzab Algharbiyah website or services.
• Any products or services obtained through Alzab Algharbiyah.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of user transmissions or data.
• Any other matter relating to the website or services.
